1. Products

Each creation is handcrafted with the utmost care and attention to detail. Any slight variations from the photographs are to be considered characteristics of the product and not defects.

2. Prices

All prices are stated in Euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping

Orders are generally dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and the courier service. Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, any delays are beyond the control of Moi Même Milano.

4. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery of their order. To be eligible for a return, the product must:
  • be unused and unworn;
  • be returned in the same condition in which it was received;
  • include its original packaging;
  • show no signs of use or damage.

Unless otherwise agreed, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed within 7 days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.

5. Non-Returnable Products

The following items cannot be returned:
  • personalized items;
  • products modified at the customer’s request;
  • items showing signs of use or damage;
  • products returned without their original packaging.

6. Defective Products

If the customer receives a defective or transport-damaged item, they must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photographs of both the product and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund in accordance with the applicable laws.

We accept the main payment methods available on our website. Orders will only be processed after payment has been successfully confirmed.
